This new 15 year old expression is the result of a unique combination of both bourbon and sherry oak casks. The result is an intense Macallan with hints of rose and cinnamon, delivering a lingering finish with hints of orange, chocolate and dried fruit.

Color: Pale yellow gold.
Nose: Alcohol, Vanilla, Syrup, Toffee. Water brings out peat and pepper.
Body: Dry, Full and thick.
Palate: Caramel, Spice, Savory, Vanilla, Pepper. Water brings out peat and acetone like model glue.
Finish: Long and hot with pepper and grassy floural notes. Sour with water.

Lovely and sweet. This one will please speyside and highland drinkers.
