A good value 10 year old Japanese single malt from Yamazaki, matured in American oak puncheon.

The flavours in this whisky are extremely well developed and each occupy their own space in the spectrum. Probably the most well structured malt whisky I've ever drank. Delicious. I must thank my favorite bartender for introducing me to this teriffic whisky.
