- Full bodied.
- Palate
- Peat, smoke, oak, very medicinal tasting.
- Finish
- This one stays with you, it has a haunting flavor. I have had whiskies before and forgotten what they tasted like a week later, you will never forget what Laphroaig tastes like.
I very much enjoyed this Scotch and I think it has the most unique and full bodied flavor of any Scotch I have ever had.

- Deep copper-red.
- Nose
- Alcohol, oak, charcoal.
- Body
- Very full bodied.
- Palate
- Maple, caramel, vanilla, charcoal.
- Finish
- I poured this over a few ice cubes and let it mellow and open up. Absolutely amazing taste, you can taste the maple, vanilla, and caramel very well. Very smooth also.
This is my favorite whiskey to date, I wish the price was a little cheaper, if it was I would always have a bottle in stock.

- Nose
- Alcohol, oak.
- Body
- Full, simple.
- Palate
- Let this mellow over some ice or add just a little bit of water and you will be able to taste the hints of caramel and vanilla but just barely, very simple whisky.
- Finish
- Fairly smooth finish, not too warm with hints of caramel and vanilla.
This is a decent whisky, especially in the price range, but it is not something I will be rushing out soon to buy again.
