Not bad. I like a little more rough edges and a more agressive flavor, but for those who are looking for a mild mannered smooth whisky, this is perfect.

I've had much better blended malts. The weird butter flavor/taste makes is too big to ignore.

The extra aging over the 12 year smooths the rough edges of the latter which is what I enjoyed about it. Another widely available single malt that is worth a try.

This is an easy to find single malt and one of my favorites. Nice and rough around the edges with a nice burn all the way down. Peaty and smokey and is all that I associate with scotch whisky.
