- Color
- Old Gold
- Nose
- Bit of smoke, bit of maritime, bit of orange zest.
- Body
- Full, complex and smooth - exceptionally complex - a little chewey/oily.
- Palate
- Chocolate covered orange, buttered popcorn, smooth and sweet.
- Finish
- Bite at the end, finish is long, this Scotch does leave an aftertaste - goes great with a Cigar.
A fantastic Whisky - I would drink it every day if I could. It is hard to obtain in my area. It's complex so it may be tough for some to enjoy. Do not judge it by your first dram.

- Color
- Wheat in color - a touch darker
- Nose
- Nutty (Almonds, Walnuts), a whisp of smoke and a bit of dried fruit (oranges perhaps?)
- Body
- Very smooth and sweet - a little oily - not terribly stout, not terribly weak, a good balance.
- Palate
- Vanilla, toffee, coffee sugar and cream - some banana, all with a small bite.
- Finish
- Lightly warming finish, not very hot - maybe too easy to drink.
A very satisfying Malt - very easy to enjoy. A great place to start for beginners. A staple for everyday drams. Never leaves one with a headache or other ills associated with cusumption of lesser drinks. I'm giving this one very high marks because it has mass appeal and is very unoffending.

- Color
- Very dark golden honey
- Nose
- Fruity, apricot, a tiny bit of phenolic.
- Body
- Warming, full, smooth - a little oily.
- Palate
- Very little peat if any, a touch of raspberry and other citrus.
- Finish
- Smooth again on the finish - finish is somewhat short.
Very smooth - smooth neat - even smoother with a bit of water. if this Whisky lacks anything, it is complexity but it makes up for that in great taste - a great scotch for a beginner who wants move up to the next level. A great value.
