- Clean, soft, just sweet, crackling hint at back, not phenolic. Little yeasty. Not spirity.

- no smoke, not phenolic. Just something like bbq hickory left in nose.
Unhappy. Tried 80% of bottle over 2 weeks. Dont get it. . I heard LP altered this to make it more easy going to general consumer. They over did it. Boring. not smoky. Not even slightly salty. Like dewars soft malt with the custard flavour remove. What is point. Just some type of sweetness?. only other islay was Bruichladdich Peat. Love that octomore in it. Also like I'm at the sea. So pure. And energy is like mechanical force.

Review of 1950 bottle - great. Like a cereal box. What is that grainy feel? Modern bottle Not even grainy. Sick sweetness like artificial. No wood smoke or grainy. What is damn point drinking it. Was not spirit's like some starter blends. Gets 10 point for that.

- None. Malt is so stiff. I could not even move it to back palate.
Cant recommend if you hate Sherbet, tang effect and a very firm texture. Some unpleasent phenoilic to my head i disliked too. Again another waste $. Store gives no help. Bottle was 40% version. Anything that says maritime or bracing in review I will say away
