- Full, slightly oily, smooth
- Palate
- Sweet, caramelized brown sugar with banana, there's a really nice earthyness that I can't put my finger on here, citrus at the end and a soft burn
- Finish
- Perfect finish, doesn't wear out its welcome, warming, no harsh burn really smooth
I tried this whiskey because of the high reviews, I was definitely not disappointed, its perfectly balanced and well rounded smooth and easy to drink, what a treat.

- Surprisingly heavy, mouth filling

- The sea, salty and cool, floral like jasmine rice, the oak is soft and remains hidden at first very little burn, dried apricots and a hint of pears
- Finish
- Deep but short finish very light on the burn but not on warmth, like sitting in front of a fireplace in your favorite chair on a cold night
Well worth the price, very easy to drink right from the start this is a comforting scotch smooth and mellow very refined, The Macallan never disappoints

- Grapefruit, like sitting in a grove in summer warm, mild and slightly earthy, caramel and molasses

- A moderate finish just the right burn, grapefruit stays with you
A simple (in a good way) and satisfying whiskey, great mouth feel, soft and warm quite refreshing, you may have to search this jameson out but it is well worth it one of my favorite irish whiskeys
