The Macallan 10 Years Old Cask Strength

Review by: Lugarteniente
Color: Red
Nose: A sherry attack. Promising
Palate: Nice sherry caracter, but not overpowered (the alcohol dominates too much).
Finish: Fiery, Hot, Burning Stuff..

Too much alcohol for me, but good sherry nose. Water seems not work well here.

A peat monster that works better with water. Cheaper and better than Uigeadail and Lagavulin 12

Color: White wine, pale
Nose: Heavy Peat
Palate: Peat attack followed by fruity caracter
Finish: Strong without water

Good laga but, honestly, I prefer the 16 years old expression. Is no rival for Laphroaig 10 CS.
