Color: Yellow amber
Nose: peat/iodine, mild smoke, toasted nuts, leather, and the sweet aroma of the desert after a rain. At times I smell fresh grapefruit and some crazy holiday spice.
Body: medium full
Palate: It lays soft and elegant on the palate allowing a sense of sweetness to creep up. A strong dryness takes place sharply leaving nuances of marzipan, smoked peat and seaweed to linger in my olfactory.
Finish: long

A specimen of superb complexities.
