    Full. oily, viscous feel on the tongue
    Palate
    Surprisingly sweet once you get past the peat, salt, and slight licorice.
    Finish
    Exquisite, long, bright, distinctive

    I have drunk this scotch many times. It always surprises me when I have not had it for a while how unique and satisfying it is. I am a big fan of Laguvulin 16, but in certain circumstances, I prefer the Laphroaig 10 over anything. Definitely not a scotch for beginners.
