It's hard to describe this whisky. It was incredible in its own right. But since it is cask strength, it was hard to drink. I felt that any water or ice ruined it. But drinking it neat was tough. Sipping it and letting it combine with saliva I thought was the best way drink it.

I could sit around and sniff this all day, but drinking it is a different story. It was okay, but NOT worth the price! I LOVE peat whiskys and this one definately had enough peat...but not much else. The finish was less than desirable.
