    Color
    Brass.
    Nose
Muted and rough. Peat, old leather, earth, young.
    Body
Slow in coming, full and clean.
    Palate
Strong and short. Peat, peppery, green, some caramel, grassy and floral.
    Finish
A sudden burst of peaty alcohol then a fast fade to mellow floral notes

Not quite the peat monster you would expect neat. The flavours and finish last longer and are more satisfying with watering. Clean and understated. Lovely.

This is definitly another one for the sherried whisky fans. It's got some lovely oak. It's not entirely too complex, but has some nice structure. There's a lovely honey note.

This whisky is a cherry delight. Full of flavour, it would be too much to drink often. To be savored for desert.

    Color
    Copper like a new penny.
    Nose
Very subtle. Malt, very slight citrus. Very slight alcohol burn. Fragrant
    Body
    Smooth and wet. Thin.
    Palate
Spicy. Malt, oak. Complex and mature.
    Finish
A very long and very spicy finish. Some sour notes in the end, then minty.

This is a very good and easy scotch, but not too easy. It is very complex and mature, and yields surprising amounts of spice.

A very pleasant whisky. This should be drank outside during summer, and at Christmas. It makes me hungry for fruit pie and icecream.
