    Color
    Honey
    Nose
    Honey, vanilla, cherries and mango
    Body
    Smooth, easy drinking whisky
    Palate
More honey and fruit consistent with the nose
    Finish
Short but pleasent, lingers on the tongue for a short time then dissappears

Great whisky, was surprised by how smooth it was for the price. an improvement on the 12 yr old which is saying something as that is one of my favorite younger whiskies. As good as it is however it does lack complexity and the finish isn't overly long.

    Color
    A wheaty amber colour
    Nose
Rich honey, vanilla, mild peppery notes, sugary sweetness
    Body
    Young slightly brash but inviting
    Palate
Sweet spice, fruit, honey and caramel, woody overtones
    Finish
Warmth, spice & pepper, comes in light inviting and warming but ends a little quick for my liking

Overall a great Irish single malt I must say. Definately one that I very much enjoy partaking in my only real criticism is the sort finish but that being said it is a young malt.

    Color
    Pale gold
    Nose
Light smoke, citrus (orange or lemon peel), candied fruits, slight hint of pepper
    Body
    Weak intensity, not overly pleasent
    Palate
Slight peat & smoke similar to HP 12 yr old but weakened and not as flavourful, slight spice
    Finish
Short finish, nice feeling on the tongue, slight smoke and spice

Not my favorite single malt, tastes like a watered down Highlan Park 12 without all the flavour and complexity. A decently pleasent finish but overall a rather uneventful whisky

    Color
    Mid to dark amber tone
    Nose
Sherry notes, spice, chocolate oranges, nutty overtones
    Body
Slight burn on the tongue but a pleasant one, light spic consistent with the nose
    Palate
Fruits, honeyed notes, slight coffee and chocolate, sugary notes
    Finish
Pleasant, "spicy" on the tongue, honey/sugar aftertaste consistent with the palate. Overall a pleasant fnish!

A great Canadian Whisky, one of the best I've ever had. Lovely nose with great sherry notes and a hint of chocolate oranges. Truly the premium of Canadian whiskies.
