    Chemistry is life
    Color
    Polished oak
    Nose
    Vanilla, apple, lemon, rubbing alcohol
    Body
Starts heavy but gets gradually lighter
    Palate
Sugar cookie, the aforementioned rubbing alcohol, caramel
    Finish
    Burns on the way down

Pretty strong with a sharp bite. Not really for those who are just getting started in aged spirits but a good example of the better tenants of small batch bourbon for a reletively reasonable price

    Chemistry is life
    Color
Medium amber, a similar color to grade A maple syrup
    Nose
Honey, slightly earthy, orange, toasted oat
    Body
Well bodied, neither too heavy or too light
    Palate
Sel Gris, lemon, butter, slightly peaty, peach, almond, caramel (but more like dulce de leche)
    Finish
Spicy and warm with a good strong shot that makes you shiver as it goes down. There is a slight bitterness which contrasts well with the richness of the body

Very smooth and pleasant on a cold night just before bed. It has a very warm aroma of apricot and honey

    Chemistry is life
    Color
    Coppery gold
    Nose
Nutmeg, lemon, Sugar cookie, cinnamon, whipped cream, bannana
    Body
Heavy at first but lightens within a few seconds
    Palate
Lemon, cherry, almond, pepper, oak, vanilla, nutmeg
    Finish
Spicy with a hint of peat and smoke. Warms on the way down, sweetens

Nice, but a bit too sharp on the finish. I wouldn't refuse a glass but I won't be paying for another bottle
