- Medium. It bites you first, but the a warming mellow feel to it.
- Palate
- Malty, honey, a hint chocolate, creamy. Ends up with smooth smoke.

- Long and with bitter smoke.

The whiskey that I use for "Irish coffee". Jameson whiskey, hot coffee and wipped cream on the top. My favorite dessert ;)
