Color: Rich amber
Nose: oak/maple smokey and spicy. On the sweeter side.
Body: Full body with a pleasant little bite.
Palate: Fruity spice, hint of smoke
Finish: sweeter spicy and warm. Long finish that is very relaxing.

A gift from my wife. One that will be with me a long time. A wonderful drink to relax and feel good about. Not a mixer, a slow sipper.

Color: Deep copper-red.
Nose: Alcohol, oak, charcoal.
Body: Very full bodied.
Palate: Maple, caramel, vanilla, charcoal.
Finish: I poured this over a few ice cubes and let it mellow and open up. Absolutely amazing taste, you can taste the maple, vanilla, and caramel very well. Very smooth also.

This is my favorite whiskey to date, I wish the price was a little cheaper, if it was I would always have a bottle in stock.

Palate: Very mellow, smooth with contrasting flavors, none of which are unpleasant.
Finish: nice long finish, very sweet

Didn't think I would like it, but was pleasantly suprised, add a little water and it will really open up this whiskey. I will definately buy more of this stuff. It's great.
