Color: Pale Amber
Nose: Light smoke, wheat.
Body: Full, not thick though.
Palate: Malt syrup, roasted nuts. Subtle flavors revealed when rolling the whisky in your mouth.
Finish: Warm but not searing.

This is a wonderful whisky. I know that some drink this as an apertif and that is a good choice. It can finish dinner too, if nothing too aggressive was consumed first. A better idea is to drink it with dinner.

Color: Straw
Nose: The nose is light and sweet with strong notes of malted barley and hay with a touch of fresh cut grass.
Body: The body is light with a fresh crispness.
Palate: The palate is first sweet fruits then gets more cereal with a touch of oak.
Finish: The finish is medium in length with a dry maltiness and some light spice.

A good dram for those spring days or early summer nights
