    Color
    Full amber
    Nose
    Sherry, apple, vanilla, toffee, herbal.
    Body
    Full.
    Palate
Very complex. A little smoke, sherry, raisins, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, woody.
    Finish
Long and fruity. Dry sherry, herbs (bay leaves?), smoky, white grapes (?)

Very complex malt, which keeps on revealing new notes, Took me a long time to see the power of this one. Only the third time I had some I started to appreciate it, The sherry is prominent, but not overly. Very ripe and subtle indeed.
