- Color
- Full amber
- Nose
- Sherry, apple, vanilla, toffee, herbal.
- Body
- Full.
- Palate
- Very complex. A little smoke, sherry, raisins, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, woody.
- Finish
- Long and fruity. Dry sherry, herbs (bay leaves?), smoky, white grapes (?)
Very complex malt, which keeps on revealing new notes, Took me a long time to see the power of this one. Only the third time I had some I started to appreciate it, The sherry is prominent, but not overly. Very ripe and subtle indeed.
