    Color
    Cloudy ice wine
    Nose
Very floural, Slight dry apricot. Peppery lemon at full strength.
    Body
    Medium body. Very cool.
    Palate
Floural with slight smoke. Pepper salt and peat are present at full strength.
    Finish
Very warming. Overpowering floural flavours watered. Better full strength.

This was underwhelming and poorly balanced with water. Too much heather and flowers. Full strength it was wonderfully balanced.
