Color: Cloudy ice wine
Nose: Very floural, Slight dry apricot. Peppery lemon at full strength.
Body: Medium body. Very cool.
Palate: Floural with slight smoke. Pepper salt and peat are present at full strength.
Finish: Very warming. Overpowering floural flavours watered. Better full strength.

This was underwhelming and poorly balanced with water. Too much heather and flowers. Full strength it was wonderfully balanced.
