A delicious high-strength sippin' whiskey, aged for seven years and bottled at 101 US proof. A rich palate with caramel and vanilla notes.

this stuff is very, very good. holds up on it's own or in a mixer. (but it's best neat, rocks, or with water). probably my favorite bourbon.

- Color
- amber
- Nose
- Honeyed raisins,a light port smell, apricots
- Body
- Full bodied, chewy
- Palate
- Hone, caramel, slight whipped cream
- Finish
- long finish. But big surprise, at 101 proof it is smooth. No need to add water, but a drop brings some flavor forefront
One of my favorites. Serve neat.
