    Very dry, Then white chocolate, Butterscotch, Vanilla
    Finish
    White Chocolate, Stingy tingle, Almost the taste of peat, Vanilla

    Not as sweet as the other bushmills malts. Definitely water this one. It brings out an abundance of vanilla which isn't present otherwise. Very smooth, clean and cool.
