Personally blended by Jim McEwan, this whisky has been vatted from 1989 vintage casks, like the first edition Full Strength, but this time the whisky is three years older (i.e. now a 16 year old), and it came from ex-Sherry butts. Bottled at a cask strength of 56.1%, without chill filtering or the addition of caramel colouring.
